Netcraft’s most reliable hosting company is dedicated hosting provider NaviSite
Netcraft declared NaviSite as the most reliable hosting company site for April 2008. The company offers managed dedicated hosting with its 18 data centers since 1998. It allied with Intel Corporation to support its services through Intel’s value added reseller community.
Netcraft observes and posts the response times of fifty leading providers’ sites in the hosting industry. The calculations are made at 15 minute intervals from separate points around the Internet, and take the average assessed over the immediately following 24 hour period. Top three sites Netcraft, DataPipe (#2) and INetU(#3) operate on Linux, while three others use FreeBSD. Only one company in the top 10 list runs on Windows Server 2003.
