Frontpages Web Hosting Network, a shared hosting provider, announced that it has launched its brand new product: Total Care Support, which is an extension to its management services’ menu. This offering is an opportunity for dedicated hosting customers to have access to better management. Total Care supports 24/7 hardware monitoring and alerting. Moreover, on monthly basis, it notifies crucial hardware occurrences that consists of disk space, CPU and memory. Other features include controlled patching. Within 72 hours of release, the system applies critical security patches. Standard patches get applied within 14 days or when the customer request it.
The company is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner since January, offering hosted applications including SharePoint, MOSS, Exchange, CRM, SQL Server, in addition to its dedicated servers.
