Dedicated hosting provider Host Color enforces its support system with osTicket
Host Color, a dedicated hosting provider, introduced its open source ticket support system: osTicket. Three of their shared packages, Max, Mega and Multi Domain will feature osTicket software. The company integrates osTicket in its PowerTools application library, enabling access easily from user’s hosting control panel.
The company claims that osTicket provides an organized solution for entrepreneurs as well as other website owners to deal with customer requests and control their preferences. According to the company, osTicket is a simple ticket software that gathers comments or requests received via mail or an online form into an easy manageable web interface. The system stores customers’ requests and responses enabling you classify them and support your customers with quick and precise answers.
