Cirrus Tech offers Ubuntu on VPS and dedicated hosting plans
Cirrus Tech declared that it will offer Ubuntu on it’s VPS and dedicated hosting plans.
Customers can choose from Linux Distributions including Fedora Core, CentOS, Debian, and now Ubuntu for their OS. Ubuntu is a stable Linux distribution that is derived from Debian. Its focus on usability for the average user and security made it popular.
The company will offer Ubuntu on selected hosting plans starting this week. The specific versions of Ubuntu offered are 6.1, 7.1, and 8.04.
